In the E center Stroetmann in Hiltrup, the focus is on freshness. Interstore developed the entire concept for the center, which reopened in August 2018, using its comprehensive 360° approach. In future, selected elements of the new concept will also be used to provide a fresh look and appealing shopping experience at other locations.
The design focuses the attention on the products themselves: the store layout and the completely new graphic design, which uses modern LED icons instead of images and text, increases the impact of the range. Product areas, such as the central island with a bread and cheese counter, carefully place the focus on selected products. The u-shaped layout leads customers past every area of the 2,500 m²-large center, beginning with the convenience products located by the entrance.
