The imposing exterior of the Central Plaza shopping centre reflects the even more exciting interior developed for the Central Food Retail Company. Covering a total floor space of 4,370 m², local and international connoisseurs can expect a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, with a vast edited assortment of international and Thai delicacies.
The scope of the new concept included architecture, layout, design and in-store communication which saw
the development of a series of independent own brands with their corresponding corporate identities. Special focus was placed on the fresh food departments, as Interstore | Schweitzer developed individual brand identities for each of these unique departments, which fit seamlessly together in the overall concept and allows harmonious connection between the differing fresh departments.
